NGL there’s a lot of inertia when it comes to working out. ESP when it’s just me and this squirmy little guy. I’m embarrassed to admit that I haven’t been exercising much (read: almost at all). But I want to change that!!! I’m going to commit to 5 mins everyday. No matter how I’m feeling. And build it from there -aiming for “bigger” workouts spread across the week. Must #fitsPOH a bit.
